Mr. Swapnil Bora (Co-CEO, Finance and Technology)
Mr. Bora is presently working with mSolve Partners, an investment bank focused on mobile technologies. Swapnil has worked with Honeywell and Siemens as an embedded systems and automation systems professional for US, UK, and Germany based clients. He brings 5 years of experience in electronic products design & development, certification, and quality planning, conducting SixSigma and FMEA analysis, managing hardware side of the projects, and outsourcing. He has an experience in patents research, and technology commercialization with The Office of Technology Commercialization at UT Dallas. He provides consultancy and strategy services to SMEs in electronics and embedded systems development. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Telecommunication from University of Pune, India. Presently, he is studying MBA, Finance & Strategy, and Operations (minor) at The University of Texas at Dallas. In his leisure time he is Chess enthusiastic.
Mr. Corey Egan (Co-CEO, Marketing and Strategy)
Mr. Egan is presently managing internal communications and strategy execution at Airline Solutions, a business unit of Sabre Holdings that focuses in delivered and hosted software solutions for the airline industry. Additionally, Mr. Egan has experience in Semiconductor distribution, patent research in new technology, and government sponsored international trade and investment. Mr. Egan earned his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin, and earned his MBA in Marketing with a focus on Product Development from The University of Texas at Dallas, graduating at the top of his class.
