Allen Bradley – Chief Executive Officer

Allen Bradley is the founder and CEO of Omega Reports, an online financial reporting software that is sold to financial planners, investment vendors, and investment managers. Omega Reports, founded in 2007, has successfully completed its third profitable year and continues to grow within the financial planning market.
Through Omega Reports and its Software-as-a-Service business model, Mr. Bradley specializes in online software products; specifically, their distribution and the complexities of selling to multi-million dollar corporations and businesses. Previously, he was the IT Administrator at Reserve Management Financial Services, a Houston, TXboutique financial planning firm. Mr. Bradley was in charge of overseeing software development, network administration, hardware maintenance, database administration, and FINRA computer document compliance.
Mr. Bradley will graduate from the University of Houston’s Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship with a degree in Entrepreneurship in the Spring of 2011. He has been awarded with the University of Houston and the Bauer Business School’s deans list every semester of attendance, is a member of the Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities & Colleges, and is a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.
Mr. Bradley has extensive experience in software development, data modeling, transaction processing, business intelligence and has successfully started and run 3 start-up companies. He currently resides in Houston, TX with his wife and son.

Brian Groce- Chief Technology Officer

Brian Groce is the CEO of Clear Notions Studio, an internet marketing and web design company. Mr. Groce provides top notch web software solutions for clients all over the globe. Websites and web applications are built with internet marketing in mind. Clear Notions Studio has a list of clients ranging from Dodge, Resitol Hat, and American Express.
Since the startup of Clear Notions Studio in 2004, Mr. Groce has been involved in multiple internet start-ups, most notably, the successful launch and marketing of BookMyCharter.com, an online booking system for fishing guides and fishing charters. Mr. Groce currently serves as CEO of BookMyCharter.com, and under his direction the business has seen significant growth.
Mr. Groce will graduate with honors from the University of Houston’s Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship with a dual degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing. Mr. Groce has been awarded with the University of Houston’s dean list nomination every semester of attendance.
Mr. Groce has extensive experience developing internet software and data modeling for the web. His passion is for the web, and he currently resides in Houston, TX.

Adrian Samaniego – Chief Operating Officer

Adrian Samaniego started and ran a private tennis coaching and personal improvement business from 2004-2009. As lead coach, he managed a team of assistant coaches that served an extensive network of local recurring students. His coaching team specialized in developing successful tournament level players that competed both physically and mentally throughout tournament play.
Through coaching, Mr. Samaniego specializes in employee management and growth. While managing his coaching business, Mr. Samaniego also maintained employment in the retail, restaurant, and hospitality industries. There, Mr. Samaniego became distinctly familiar with the hassle that can be shift level scheduling of hourly employees, the negative influences poor scheduling can have on employee moral, as well as the positive influences that effective scheduling can have in terms of creating a team workplace environment.
Mr. Samaniego will graduate from the University of Houston’s Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship with a degree in Entrepreneurship in the Spring of 2011. He has been awarded with the University of Houston’s dean list nomination every semester of attendance, will be a graduating member of the Honors college and Bauer Honors program, and is a chief officer in the Houston Chapter of the Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization.
Mr. Samaniego has extensive experience in managing employee and client relationships as well as fostering growth within a team environment. He has been a management partner in 2 additional start-up ventures, and he currently resides in Houston, TX.
